Kris studied Massage Therapy at Lincoln Institute of Body Therapy in Orange, CA. Her primary focus is in therapeutic Deep Tissue & Sports Massages, but she is also very experienced in Swedish, Acupressure and Pregnancy Massages as well. She can also utilize “Warm Stone Therapy” on your back to really relax the many layers of muscles there.

She customizes each massage to each individual client…'no two bodies are exactly alike, so no two massages will be exactly alike either.' Kris is available all day on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
